Traditional post-harvest treatments present application difficulties, damage to the fruit or cause environmental problems. By using Phosphine gas of Cytec® and the Horn Diluphos System® Lanodir provides a complete phytosanitary treatment service for fresh fruit and vegetables. Pure phosphine is free from ammonia and contained in cylinders. The Horn Diluphos System is a revolutionary piece of equipment that injects phosphine gas to the product or area to be treated.
The treatment can be performed in cold storage chambers, fumigation tunnels, before shipping, in vessels, containers, trains and trucks, ports or in logistics centers.
